Your personal information is used only to process orders and provide customer service.

We will never sell your email address or other contact information.

We will occasionally contact you about important changes to our website or about new products and services.

Your Practitioner may give you a Practitioner Referral Code (PRC) to purchase the products you discussed during your office visit. Your doctor's recommendation may be based on the diagnosis of a specific condition and/or the need to meet certain prevention goals.

When you enter your doctor's code, you will receive preferred customer pricing and an email will be sent to your doctor indicating that you have followed your healthcare provider's recommendation. This email will include your name, address, phone number, and the product(s) purchased. When you cancel your continuity program a cancellation notification will also be sent to your doctor. Your doctor may then follow up with you about your choice to deviate from the recommended nutrition plan.

If you do not enter a Practitioner Referral Code (PRC), no message is sent to your doctor. However, if you do not enter a PRC, you will not receive preferred customer pricing.
